Next, try to break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps to keep you motivated and on track. Add the phrase “I will workout 3x a week and prepare my own meals instead of having take-out to achieve my goal.”

Now you’ve got your goals clearly defined, it’s time to put in the work. The more productive you are, the faster you’ll see results. So, enhance your productivity by optimizing your time management skills.
